High Quality Lubricants

SMART cs distributes many industrial products in cooperation with manufacturers of high-quality products. Here we focus on lubricants. For over 20 years our German partner is developing and producing premium persistent lubricants for industrial products and machines worldwide.

In the early years, only water-miscible cooling lubricants have been developed, produced and marketed. There were several research projects with the German Federal Foundation Environment, Universities and other public institutions. Very much work has been invested in the development of technically mature emulsions on a rape oil derivative basis. More than 100 companies participated in the practical development of the BIOWAS product range. We also offer technically mature and tried and tested mineral oil based emulsions and fully synthetic abrasive solutions.

Later, non-water-miscible refrigerated lubricants have been developed, partly also on the basis of a rapeseed oil derivative. In the last few years, we have added further high-quality industrial products, and today we offer a complete industrial product range for metal cutting plants. On this site we suggest three examples of high performing lubricants made in Germany.

The container sizes of our lubricants are 20 liter canister, 200 liter barrels, 1000 liter IBC containers and tank trucks. We also supply system cleaners in 5 liter canisters.
